Some people believe that by encouraging the movement of such people, rich countries are stealing from poor countries. Others feel that this is only part of the natural movement of workers around the world. Do you agree or disagree?[/big_title2]

Some people consider rich countries where immigrants move to as thieves because they absorb many specialists like engineers, programmers and medical workers while others think that it is a natural mifration. For instance, America, Canada, Australia have a lot of new immigrants each year that fill a large amount of high qualified vacancies.
I would like to call attention to the fact that the reasons for emigration from poor countries such as lack of promotion prospects, a declining health service, inadequate living conditions undoubtedly make those people believe that they can find remuneration for their hard work in other wealthy world regions. For example, Indian new engineers that have been recently graduated from an American College or University probably will not come back to India as they anticipate a better future for their living in the United States.
On the other hand, emigration of skilled people may suspend the development of vital industry and cause economy degradation of that country. There is no need to go far for example. Let us to refer to the big companies like Google and HP where a lot of Indians have taken a part in the foundation in America. They could have improve the Indian economy and attract if they would have done this there and not abroad.
In conclusion, from my point of view, it is hard to argue with the fact that people have the rights to choose where to live. A further point is that this is being done naturally to ensure better compensation and safer environment to their families.

We are living in the world, where everyone has an opportunity to choose not only their professional occupation, but also a place of living. The level of science and education is higher in rich countries, so people are leaving their native poor countries, searching for better living conditions.
One of the most well-known contries of brain drain is the USA. Undoubtedly, the US can offer much more convinient level of working conditions. Furthermore, we know, that the healthcare and medical insurance are the best rated in the world. In addition to this, the crime rate is significantly lower in the USA than in developing countries. All this aspects make people change their places of living.
Native countries lose citizens who form the best part of society. When it comes to emigration, the most educated workers decide to leave for a better life, on the other hand, the least educated are not engaged in the process. This is the reason, why poor countries are being “stolen” by the rich ones. However, our days are considered to be the time of democracy, and citizens are free to choose their future. Indeed, states and governments are not allowed to forbid emigration to their people. So, they have to improve the social policy, the sphere of ecucation and working possibilities to eliminate brain drain intensity.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that nowadays people are stepping into the world of different offers from different countries and it is a matter of personal choice where to live and work.
