IELTS Writing Task 1: Process description в 3 простых шага:

Шаг 1️⃣ перефразируем задание (какой процесс показан на схеме)The presented diagram illustrates the process of deriving electricity using geothermal energy.

Шаг 2️⃣ описываем процесс в общих чертах:

Overall, this process involves four stages, beginning with injecting the cold water to the geothermal. The final stages demonstrate how water vapor enables the turbine’s rotation for power production.

Шаг 3️⃣ Последовательно описываем основные стадии процесса:

The main components of the system are two wells that lead to the condensing chamber and the generator. At the beginning of the process, the pumped down  cold water goes through hot rocks that form the geothermal zone at the depth of approximately 4.5 km. After being heated, water is pumped up to the condensing chamber, where it transforms into vapor which, in its turn, is directed to the turbine. Finally, steam rotates the turbine that, in turn, powers the generator producing electrical energy.
