Childhood obesity is becoming a serious problem in many countries. Suggest some possible solutions.

Rarely do people understand the negative tendency of infancy overweight. This essay will discuss the most effective measures to improve the situation which are the sugar-free diet and the increase of sports load.
Шаг 2: поясняем как избежать проблемы лишнего веса + подкрепляем примером:
It is quite evident that the best approach to tackle the problem of youngsters’ fatness is to reduce the level of sugar and fats in their daily intake of food. The reason for this is that the human body is not capable of using such enormous number of taken calories, therefore, unnecessary ones transform into fat. On no account should the importance of calorie-controlled diet be ignored. For example, having conducted a research among senior classes students, scientists have revealed that reducing sugar usage by 30% caused monthly weight loss of 3 kg in average.

The best solution of this worrying problem is children’s participation in various types of sports or taking exercises on regular basis. In other words, human beings were evolutionally made for unstoppable movement such as running, thus contemporary youngsters’ sedentary lifestyles lead to obesity. Not only are physical activities important for strengthening muscles and developing social skills, but they also cause weight loss. For example, according to Asian Healthcare Association’s report, preteens who play sports 6 times a week are 50% thinner than those ones who do this twice less.

In conclusion, the most effective ways to tackle the issue of obese children are healthy food system and sports activities. It is predicted that if people implement these solutions the problem will be overcome.
