Giving a speech or presenting something to a group is sometimes believed to be complex, thus, it is worth being developed as early as possible in school. In my opinion, this is an essential expertise to thrive in the current highly competitive labour market; hence, it ought to be trained at an early age inasmuch as it gives a child confidence no matter what career path they may choose.

Шаг 2️⃣: поясняем первый аргумент + пример:

The labour market is seeking suitably qualified people who also have the ability to communicate on a one on one basis as well as to present to a large audience. The ability to express your competitive advantage in an easily digestible and meaningful way helps you to stand out against the competition. Were it not for the ability to present information, be it in a regular job interview or an annual report to the board of directors, many if not all careers would be curbed in the long run. A prime example is Google that is known for shortlisting only those candidates who possess experience in making presentations to a large audience.

Шаг:3️⃣ поясняем второй аргумент +пример:

Learning to speak publicly at a young age is often easier as children tend to be less self-conscious. It is for the reason that young learners have not yet been frustrated with the fear of public failure, as a result, they tend to be more teachable in contrast to more discouraged in this regard grownups. To illustrate, the vast majority of politicians were exposed to public attention at an early age which made them thriving speakers compared to those who underwent such training at university. Whereas grown-up students, being fueled by career perspectives, might sometimes appear to be more determined to exert their full effort to learn to speak to a wide audience, it is youngsters who have a natural predisposition to this.

Шаг 4️⃣: дублируем мнение в заключении + суммируем оба аргумента:

In conclusion, I believe that being able to speak publicly as part and parcel of gaining a competitive advantage in the modern demanding employment market, consequently, practicing this skill at school can be a golden opportunity to exploit the openness of the youth.
