I entirely support the former view because aged people are more experienced and wiser. Firstly, this essay will discuss the historical aspect when generations used the experience of their ancestors in order to survive, followed by the analysis of assumed maturity that accompanied teenagers when they make decisions based solely on their expectations and ambitions.

On the one hand, youngsters should take into consideration the fact that our historical development is the result of accumulated experience. If humanity had not taken into account the experience of older people, they would not have survived. When I was a child, for instance, I used to listen to the advice of my grandparents concerning edible mushrooms because they were more experienced in this question.

To illustrate, having carried out an experiment among young students, scientists have revealed that the most successful teenagers tend to follow the recommendations of their teachers.

In conclusion, in my view, although people may vary in their opinions, I believe that youngsters should follow the advice of older people because it can provide them an opportunity to thrive in the long run.
